The Office of Sustainability talked to SDSU alum Leah (@leah.dreams) about the organization
her and her roommate, Joelle, started to divert waste from waterways. Leah and Joelle
would clean up beaches, sanitize the trash, then use it to create stunning art. Another
passion of Leah's is using food for well-being. She now works for a organic superfood
company, Purium, who focuses on food medicine and environmental stewardship.
